Pharmed’s Monthly Pharmamania:
5500 copies of the brochure is printed monthly and circulated nationally (ie. KwaZulu Natal, Gauteng, Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas) etc.
Our target market includes doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, health shops, vets and all those in the medical profession.
The brochure is widely recognized for its professional appearance and its meticulously planned content.

Rent a Rep:
We currently have 7 reps on the field. Pharmed entices suppliers to rent a rep for a week on a timeshare basis for a specific project and specific product. Telesales Promotion
We have an in-house dynamic and motivated telesales compliment of 25 consultants who would be able to assist to market products in the marketplace. Most of our telemarketers have been in our employ in excess of 12 years so the have formed excellent relationships with our clients and are able to influence them to purchase a particular brand without much persuasion.
Training is provided in house or by a company representative. We incentivise our telesales staff to get maximum results.

Message on Hold:
When a customer calls in to our office and is placed on hold by the receptionist a message will start to play, enlightening the customer about the current specials that are available. The customer will then go through to our telemarketers who will process their orders and give them additional information if necessary.
