We have an in-house dynamic and motivated telesales compliment of 25 consultants who would be able to assist you to market your product and create brand awareness in the marketplace. Most of our telemarketers have been in our employ in excess of 12 years so they have formed excellent relationships with our customers and are able to influence them to purchase a particular brand with out much persuasion.
Training: is provided in house or by a Company Representative. Previously we had training sessions set up in our boardroom where the rep organised a breakfast for our telemarketers. Incentives are offered to the telemarketers upon meeting their targets i.e. vouchers, movie tickets, hampers etc.
We have proven on more than one occasion that when we dedicate a few of our telemarketers on promoting a list of not more that 5 products for a specified period of time, we are able to acquire the attention of the general practitioner as well as convince them to purchase the products on promotion with ease.
BACK ORDERS Back Order Business Rules:
Any lines that are ordered and are not in stock at Pharmed will be placed on “back order” unless the Customer has stated a preference for not having the back-order facility.
Customers must take the telemarketers name to avoid delays and for quick and better service.
Once the stock is received, the telemarketers will contact customers who have the stock item on back-order and check that the stock is still required, making whatever adjustments are necessary.
On a daily basis, Pharmed calls all customers that have “back orders”, detailing the items that the Customer has on back order.
